If you do not have a Paypal account please contact us as we would be happy to accept a personal cheque for items purchased (within the UK) If buying outside the UK only Paypal payments can be made.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of your order being purchased. We take great care and pack all our items with good quality packing materials and we always gain proof of postage. We are happy to ship worldwide although please email us if buying outside the UK and we will work out delivery costs for you.

We will always combined multiple items bought and reduce delivery costs were possible, Please email us and we will send you an invoice with the total.
The postal service we will use will depend on the value and the total weight of parcel. Within the UK we like to keep to our Royal Mail Services, First class recorded (signed for) This service aims to post within 1-2 working days, proof of posting, signature on delivery, online confirmation of delivery and up to £41 compensation. For more valuable items we will use Special Next Day Delivery which has £2,500 compensation for loss or damage and will arrive to you before 1'oclock the next working day. All delivery services will be automatically loaded into your chosen purchase to complete payment via Paypal. Any questions please feel free to ask.
RETURN POLICY (ONLINE)
We always accept returns within 7 working days of purchase if we grossly misrepresent an item, please contact us and we will discuss any concerns. We never knowingly misrepresent any item as we try hard to disclose and when possible to photograph any flaw there may be in our vintage items, However we sell vintage clothing and accessories which in most cases have been previously worn so it is remotely possible that we might miss something, so if it has been described inaccurately by us we offer a full refund plus delivery charges both to and from you.
In all other instances we offer a credit note/exchange up to the value of the returned item only. If returning item the postage costs sent back to us and paid for previously are non-refundable. Please send back item in the same condition it was sent to you in and once we have received back you will receive a email and refund/exchange/credit note immediately. Credit notes can be used up to 6 months and in case of a price difference between items we will keep a record of any credit on file and send you an invoice with the credit total, this credit is good towards any future order with us.
Also please note we do not give refunds for wrong size or fit clear measurements will be giving with description and if you need any more information please contact us. We are always more than happy to help with any question you may have and we will respond to you no later than 24 hours.
